What clothing and shoes should I wear? | |
ANSWER |
Wear clothes you will feel comfortable in, you are likely to get a bit hot. Casual wear e.g. trousers and short sleeved top is fine. Wear flat heeled shoes, not high heels and preferably not sandshoes. Bring along a water bottle to help avoid dehydration. You will be using lots of energy. |

When coming along to casual dancing on Wednesday Nights, do I need to bring a partner? | |
ANSWER |
No. Both ladies and gentlemen regularly come along on their own. You will have the opportunity to partner up with a dance partner on the night. We also change partners throughout the evening so you will have the opportunity to dance with a variety of different partners. |

Do we have to change dance partners? | |
ANSWER |
No, if you really do not want to! Although an important aspect of learning to dance is 'learning to drive a new model'. However if you build up a good dancing partnership that you are comfortable with, if you prefer you may stay together. |

Please be considerate to those you dance with. It is only natural that we all perspire, especially when actively dancing and especially when it is warmer and as we come into summer. We do not always notice ourselves perspiring but we certainly notice when others do. Lets face it none of us want to be thought of as "smelling like an old pole cat"! But seriously, here are a few tips to consider when dancing:
